Mission-driven organizations who are wanting to create a difference in the world face many challenges in this brave new world. They often struggle to actualize their full potential as a global change agent.
Today’s mission-driven organization requires greater innovation if they expect greater exponential ROI. Employee engagement and retention are at the heart of a mission-driven organization now more than ever.
As CEO of Quantum Communications, I have 25 years of consulting experience in human potential. I have worked with CEOs, NGO’s, not-for-profits and social enterprise organizations alike. What I have discovered is that now more than any other time in history, the values of your employees have become more people centric, collaborative designed, and globally sustainable.
This is especially true with the Y and Z Generations moving into positions of leadership. They are more likely to work with values-based orgs with a mission. So it is imperative to get the relationship between mission, vision and employee engagement.
Organizations have not adjusted quickly or at all. Moreover, when you are working within the organization, in essence inside the problem, I find organizations often can’t figure out how to make this transition. It’s why I have developed the M.O.V.E. the MissionTM Model.
Inspiration for M.O.V.E. the MissionTM Model.
When I wrote a million dollar media plan for SOSA (Sustainable Oneness Spiritual Alliance) many years ago, we worked to move the mission forward by focusing on new paradigm leadership and governance, visioning, planning, strategic collaborative alliances and joint ventures, aligned infrastructure, media events, as well as training and coaching for teams. As a result, SOSA was able to create 4 centers in the United States and is poised to expand globally.
M.O.V.E. the MissionTM Model grew out of this success. It’s a model to support organizations wanting to make a greater global impact.
This Model is designed for mission-driven organizations to grow their global reach and create exponential ROI. This meticulously-designed consulting program is based on four components: 1) Mission Alignment; 2) Optimized Talent; 3) Visionary Collaborations; and 4) Exponential ROI.
This Model was designed as 3 concentric circles representing
1) Mission Alignment,
2) Optimized Talent, and
3) Visionary Collaborations –
that create Exponential ROI, the very core of this model diagram.
This Model is evolutionary! These are extraordinary, yet exciting, times of change that require all of us to evolve. Let me help you with that evolutionary process. Moving your mission forward can increase your impact while improving your ‘triple bottom line’. Then you can enjoy the satisfaction that your organization is making a significant difference in the world.
